What does Auge cost?
Three plans with unlimited members: Basic ₹1,499, Pro ₹2,999 and Elite ₹4,999 a month when billed yearly (2 months free), or ₹1,799, ₹3,599 and ₹5,999 billed monthly. Prices are before 18% GST.
What does the ₹10,000 setup cover, and why is it free?
Setup is real work: we import your member data, set up your plans and fees, add your logo and colours, set up check-in and train your desk staff. During the launch offer you do not pay it.
How do members pay, and where does the money go?
Members pay by UPI or card in the app. Each gym connects its own Razorpay account, so money settles straight into the gym’s bank account. Auge never holds your money. You can also let members pay at the desk if you prefer.
What is the crowd tracker?
Every check-in is counted by the hour. You see how busy each hour is today, in a usual week and over the month, and the quietest times. Members see the least busy time left today in their app.
Is the AI really guessing about my members?
No hidden guesswork. Every member it flags comes with the reason, such as “visits down from 4 a week to 1” or “renewal in 6 days, no visit in 12”, and a suggested next step. On day one it runs on clear rules; as your gym’s data builds up, it learns what leaving looks like in your gym.
Will members see the Auge name?
No. The app carries your gym’s name, logo and colours. Elite gyms also get their own-name app on the Play Store.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. On iPhone, members open your link in Safari, tap Share and then Add to Home Screen. On Android it works in Chrome.
Can I bring my existing member data?
Yes. Excel, CSV or your current software’s export. We match the columns with you, show a preview and tell you about any rows we could not read.
Is my members’ data safe?
Member data is never sold or shown to other gyms, and each gym’s data is locked away from every other gym inside the database. Auge is designed around India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and you can export your data whenever you want.
When can my gym start?
We are onboarding gyms in Jaipur now. Setup takes about 48 hours once we have your member data.
